How can I cancel my ticket?
A) If you have booked your ticket on a system flight:
If you have an account on our website, you can select the cancellation button after logging in to the billing management section of your reservation details and after the online console your preferred traveler can refund Or deposit there.
System ticket reservations are subject to reservation on the airline’s central server in addition to us through the airline offices of the flight organizer in the cities and airports of the country without limitation. This means that your reservation console should simply call us at support office or visit the airport at any time. Your concession will be revoked and the amount of the fine will be determined according to the airline’s directive based on the distance between the concession and the flight time, as set out below. If you make your concession through the airline or airport offices, you will need to contact us to refund the remaining amount.

B) If you have booked your ticket on a charter flight:
Due to the charter flight, the ticket console is only available through the charterer. Contact us for your charter ticket console! After coordinating with the charterer we will notify you of the penalty percentage. This percentage of fines varies according to the terms and conditions of each charterer so that your consular request may not even be accepted. Knowing the percentage of the fine If you intend to make a concession, we will arrange for you to obtain the concession through a charterer and then refund the remaining amount to you.
How can I get paid if my flight is canceled?
A) If you have been notified through our flight console:
If passengers are canceled before the flight arrives, we will notify them by phone. You will then be able to get your full payment or choose one of the replacement flights we offer. We will not impose any replacement flights with the Flight Console and will not charge you any fees if you cancel. We try to offer alternate flights at the same time as your first flight, but if there is a price difference, you will have to pay for it.
(B) If the flight console has been declared at the airport due to bad weather or technical failure:
Occasionally, passengers will not land after arriving at the airport, or return to the source airport after flying to the destination airport. If this is the case, we will need to email or fax the stamped ticket image to expedite the refund process. The stamped ticket is also kept with the passenger to be mailed to the airline if necessary. If this is an unpleasant event for you, please call us at 009821-88686502 to get the refund process experts after you send us your tickets.
If the flight console is announced by the airline sooner than we do, we will provide you with an alternative ticket.
The term “insurance” is a term used to refer to the Roso Online incentive payment made under a private contract.
The insurance will pay up to $ 20,000 in surplus on your alternative ticket.
The alternate ticket flight date must be at least three days before or after the initial flight.
This insurance covers a flight that is canceled directly by the airline and does not include affiliated flights.
This insurance will not be subject to replacement tickets not provided by us.

Can I cancel my ticket if the flight time changes and is not suitable for me?
